Free State By Another Name Will Still Be ...Grey!

One look at the Free State Craven Week side for 2010 and you immediately see the dominance of Grey College in the province. In 2009 Grey had 15 out of the 22 selected and this year they have packed the Craven Week side with 18 players!

Johan Goosen who had an excellent Craven Week last year is back at flyhalf and the running No.10 will prove to be a tough opponent for the teams that come against the Free Staters. Grey College also provide the captain of the team in William Small-Smith.

On paper Free State/Grey look like a formiddible team and it will be interesting to see if this well greased machine can be broken down by the other teams they play.

The Free State Under-18 Craven Week side: Raymond Rhule (Louis Botha), Jan Serfontein (Grey), William Small-Smith (Grey, captain), Paul Jordaan (Grey), Ruwellyn Isbell (Grey), Johan Goosen (Grey), Kevin Luiters (Grey), Niel Jordaan (Grey), Heinrich Douglas (Louis Botha), Tyron Schultz (Grey), Cobus Nel (Grey), Gerhard Olivier (Grey), Neethling Fouché (Grey), Anrich Bitzi (Grey), Rudi Fuls (Grey), Armand Stoman (Grey), Rudolph Botha (Grey), Tuso Chalatsi (Louis Botha), Leneve Damons (Grey), KK Hlongwane (Louis Botha), Setho Tom (Grey), Dillon Douglas (Louis Botha).
